I have tons of rattles in my truck...
But you probably don't have a system in there like I do. I know the Titans have a big problem of the dash trim rattling. My suggestion, most glove boxes now a days can be popped forward all the way. This allows you to look behind it.
But I think you problem would probably end up being the glove box itself. Here's my suggestion.
- when you start to hear the rattle. press on the glove box, see if it stops it - if it doesn't, try opening the box and see what happens - still a rattle, try having someone push on the dash when it starts - still driving you up a wall. open the box fully and have the friend push on various pieces till it stops
once you have found your rattle, you can take steps to eliminate it. Usually a small piece of foam between the pieces rattling will work. Small piece of cloth... etc. Depends upon how big of gap between something solid, and what's rattling.
BTW, welcome to the org
