I was looking at K&N's site when i heard they made an intake that was supposed to give an additional 11HP.

This is what I found:

http://www.knfilters.com/search/product.aspx?Prod=77-6014KP

But then I found this that is supposed to give 14.5HP and it looks to be around the same price.

http://www.knfilters.com/search/product.aspx?Prod=63-6014

Does anyone have any opinions on these? Also will installing an air charger void my warranty? I got an extended warranty on my frontier and I just want to make sure I dont mess it up.

*I have a 2005... and I LOVE it :) *

First and foremost, I'd not pay any attention to any of the claims made by the manufacturer!  I've yet to see one of these aftermarket bolt on parts produce the numbers they claim!  Here a site you can check out of another Frontier owner who has done some independent dyno testing of his own:  Dyno Testing

Some say the numbers being claimed are at the crank, but I've never seen anyone yank an engine to dyno a bolt on part!  So, despite all the wild claims, don't expect to see those type of gains in real world applications.  My recemondation is to go with what you think will looks best, fits best, or sounds best to you!  Chances are the real world gains will be so close it's really not worth trying to compare!  Just my .02!

Honestly, any aftermarket filter you get will be better than stock.  But I would check out a company called True-flow.
