Have you tried 4 wheel parts werehouse. Own a late 80-a pre magnum dodge truck that was a crummy aftermarket following

Calmini has a 5" which I installed recently and love. www.purenissan.com. There are tons of companies that make 3" lifts.

I have one installed but it is just 30mm of lift. Our parts are developed for fast driving style and we found this lift enough for using 265/70-17" or 265/75-16" wheels.
