mine was...the dealer or parts dept has to order all parts seperatly then they installed for me.
i also quickly changed out the headlight bulbs, the stock bulbs were not bright enough for me. The headlights i had on my 03 xterra were awesome, the ones on the frontier would have been ok but i was comparing them to the xterra.
i replaced the bulbs with Slyvania silver star ultra. since replacing i havent driven truck at night to see how bright they are.
i had also switched out the wiper blades to rainx blades, added seat covers, hitch, brush guard and side rails. next on list is a navigation/hd radio.
the seat covers, if you have a large dog like I do the water proof seat covers from nissan are great. unfortunely since my back seat did not have the optional arm rest, i couldnt get them for the frontier. I had the seat covers in my xterra and they held up very well.i would not get for front seats (comfort), but only one that heavly used my back seat was my akita. the seat cover was great for dog hair and her nails.
check out the front passenger seat, there is a lever near head rest, that when you lift the back part of the seat flips foward (quickly). I also liked the storage bins under the rear seat, 1 bin is for the dog stuff, the other is for all my bungee cords/tie downs/flashligh/etc.that was a nice surprise. my husband's chevy colorado doesnt have this and the stuff under seat always slides forward (i hate that truck)
so far i towed about 1,000lbs ( trailer and 2 atv) and didnt even know i was towing anything ( towed in the mountains of N.E. PA), cant wait to see how it does with a Nor'Eastern. Still miss my xterra(convient when hauling grocery during rain storm and have dog with me or when heading on a trip and have to drop dog off at kennel), guess i need the bed cover or Utili-track sliding tool box
