I have a 02 SuperCharged Frontier and looking to add a Cold Air Intake. Any one have any suggestions? Anyone add one to a SC Frontier? Im looking to boost MPA somewhat with the increasing gas prices that are hitting us all, mostly do highway driving during the week day.

volnit makes a goo CAI. I have not tried any myself but have heard good.Food for thought could you cut out the plastic air baffles in the intake tube and run a drop in free flow filter and still have a true CAI

I put one of those universal CAI's on my 2.4. It works great, a couple more miles per gallon. It does make it louder, I don't know if your all about that though...so keep that in mind.

Louder is better.. haha. I will most likely purchase the K&N Series 57 tonight and install it this week. I will post some pics after the install. Thanks all for your input. Looking forward to the performance.

i have an 02 frontier 2.4 and im trying to put a cold air intake on it but i cant find one nowhere. where can i find one? or wat do you guys recommed for me to do?

As Dave360 suggested, I put one on my 01 2.4 and it works quite well. I cut off the end of the stock air tube and fit on with an adapter for the airsensor. I put on a Cherry Bomb Turbo muffler and the two are a decent match.

I got mine from Advance Auto. It is a Universal Cold air intake kit made by APC if I remember correctly. It was about $50, though you can probably find it cheaper on the internet.
