i have an 08 4x4 frontier crew cab. and my girlfriend just got me and edge computer module for my birthday. i havent seen it yet and i dont know anything about it. but while i was waiting for it i wanted to remove my governor and im not sure how, any input would be awesome. thanks guy.

I dont beleive you can unless you get the ECU reprogrammed by a company like JET.

dannyg here were does your 08 trucks kick the govenor cause that 06 of mine goes good in triple digtes BTW be care full of some edge and bully dog products some can cut off alot of warning signs for engine damage and no more gonenors with some of there products

Safest product and probably will offer more performance is JET, they tune the ECU to what modifications your truck has.

I have not heard of Edge chips, so i cant comment.

dannyg here what i posted was storrys of a man i worked with that when he had he shop of edge and bullydog and many other truck goodies that the only engine mangment was your right foot and they ran like hell
