www.4x4parts.com has all you need for your frontier.  suspension, body, etc.   i would highly recommend the 2" body lift instead of the 3",  the 2" inch is a lot less work than a 3". but that's just my opinion and from what i've heard.

www.kartek.com has some lift kits you might be interested in. Body lifts are only for looks and don't do anything for the resale value... if you plan on selling your vehicle. Check out this website and see what kind of kit you can get for your truck, it won't be cheap but I'm confident you'll like the kits put out by Total Chaos. Unfortunately they don't have anything out for the 05 yet but I'm sure it's just a matter of time.

I have a PA 3" BL and a 3" SL by Automotive Customizers www.4x4parts.com

Body lifts help create more clearance for larger tires and/or when off-roading. As far as resale value, it mostly depends on who you are (targeting) trying to sell it to. Dealers usually will not acknowledge the aftermarket parts value only because most auto/truck buyers of new or even used vehicles don't want a pre-modified or high maintenance vehicle. My truck is loaded with aftermarket items and modifications for example, 3"BL, 3" SL, Rancho RS9000X shocks, 3-Pac rear AALs, 1.5" extended shackels, JW technologies pop-charger, Custom fabricated dual exhaust, ARB air compressor, ARB front & rear air lockers, ShrockWorks sliders, Skidrow undercarage armor, ect, ect...If was to resale the vehicle I could get more for it by selling to a target buyer who is wanting/looking for a modified off-road vehicle then I could ever get from a dealership or trade in.

I see what you are saying. You are definitely right about who you are targeting... but before purchasing a body lift you should always check out what you can get for your vehicle. If you only want bigger tires on your truck then get a body lift but if you want to enhance your performance for off-roading then I would recommend a long travel kit with fiberglass fenders. Not only will you have more travel but you will be able to put those bigger tires on your truck. Plus the fiber glass fenders will let your tires tuck under your fenders.

I AM BY NO MEANS RICH IN ANY WAY. BUT I SEEM TO ALWAYS HANDLE MY BUSINESS IN AN ECONOMICAL MANNER. I HAVE AN 00' FRONTIER AND I WANTED THE LARGE LOOK! HOWEVER A BODY LIFT IS JUST GOING TO MAKE YOUR TRUCK A RATTLE BOX FULL OF UNWANTED SOUNDS AND SQUEAKS ON AND OFF ROAD PLUS DOING EXTENSIVE ALL AROUND DAMAGE TO THE WHOLE OF YOUR TRUCK. I OPTED TO DO A 3.5IN. FABTECH LIFT. I WANTED THE TOTAL CHAOS UNI-BALL KIT BUT WITH FENDERS AND EVERYTHING ELSE I WAS GOING TO BE BROKE AFTER. PLUS I DON'T HIT THE
DESERT TERRAINS EVERYDAY SO THERE WAS NO POINT. FABTECH
MAKES QUALITY EASY TO REPLACE STUFF WITH AN ON AND OFF ROAD CAPABILITY.(NO 20FT. TALL JUMPS THOUGH)CHECK IT OUT

Indeed a very wise decision!! You are definitely right about the long travel kit, the glass can add quite a bit of money. I didn't know that fabtech had a kit out for the frontier. Did you put spindles on or did you get uppers? I do know however that fabtech does make excellent spindles. You are right also about fabtech, I've known a few guys who get a fabtech lift and think they are ready to hit some serious terrain.. They usually end up breaking the parts.. but if you're going for the look with moderate performance upgrades and looking to save some dough, then you are doing it the right way. What size tires can you fit on your ride now? Are there any problems with the tires rubbing the fenders when you do some off roading?

NO PROBLEMS AT ALL WITH TIRE CLEARANCE OR RUBBING FOR THAT MATTER. I MOCKED UP 33" TIRES BUT HATED THE LOOK. IT WAS JUST WAY TO BIG. IT ALMOST LOOKED LIKE A TIN CAN RIDING ON CATERPILLAR TIRES. MY FRIENDS AND I HAD A GOOD LAUGH AT THAT ONE. HOWEVER THOSE WOULDN'T EVEN RUB. YOU ALSO HAVE TO KEEP IN MIND THE FACT THAT YOUR TRUCK MY NOT LIKE TURNING THOSE GIGANTIC MUDDERS AND MAY CAUSE A WORLD OF HURT OR SERIOUS LACK OF POWER. AT ANY RATE I HATE ALUMINUM RIMS. I DON'T CARE IF THEY ARE LIGHT BY A 1LB. OR 2. A LOT IS RIDING ON YOUR RIMS INCLUDING YOUR LIFE. SO I CHOSE BLACK ROCK CRAWLER SERIES RIMS W/ 31" BFG ALL TERRAINS. BEST INVESTMENT I MADE YET
