I will not be modifying my headlights. Stock headlights are already bright enough to nearly blind oncoming drivers. The government is considering outlawing all headlight modifications. There is a strange theory… called the moth effect… that some head-on car crashes at night are caused by bright headlights.

i wouldnt do the projector headlights i would get your self a hid light kit, thats what i did it works great.

2 things, 1st which kit did you get, those look great! there are kits for hi/low beam or just not... differance being like $300 between the two, 2nd, hotter or brigter bulbs will cause the headlight lense to fog or hase over time from over heating.  do your lenses get hot after long headlight use?

I GOT THE LIGHTS FROM A GUY I KNOW,WHO HAS OPEND HIS OWN BUSINESS  THEY ARE TRUE HID'S NOT THE FAKE AFTERMARKET REPLACEMENT LIGHT BULBS LIKE YOU WOULD GET AT AUTOZONE  I GOT THEM FOR $150.00 A SET, AS YOU CAN SEE I HAVE THE  FOG LIGHTS ARE DONE ALSO, THESE BULBS USE LESS WATTAGE THAN YOUR STOCK OR AFTERMARKET HALOGEN BULBS, I HAVE BEEN RUNNING THESE LIGHTS FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS NOW AND HAVENT HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE LENSES FOGGING UP.  BUT THEY ARE ONLY LOW BEAM BUT TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH I HAVENT NEEDED TO USE MY HIGHS AFTER I GOT THESE THE ONLY THING I WOULD DO IF YOU GET THEM IS ANGLE THEM DOWN A TAD SO THAT YOU DONT BLIND ON COMING DRIVERS, THEY COME I MULTIPLE COLORS,

Gotta agree with you Smitty.

Putting HIDs in place of the OEM halogens causes a lot of light scatter.

The reflectors  are not made for such a bright light. This technology is 40 yrs old and was never designed for HIds. In my area folks are called ricers when they do that. 

The only way to use HIDs are with projector headlight units. I've checked and have not found any projector units for my 06.

I agree our OEM lights are pitifull and putting Piaa bulbs in didn't help much.

Not sure if there is a good mod for this.

Well; I may have to take back the part of no projectors suitable for the 05-07 Frontiers. I googled Frontier projectors and this is what I found. http://www.migicute.com/nissan1.html

$300 for the projectors and plus a HID conversion kit MAY do the trick.

Projectors do focus the light down the road and don't reflect the light like OEM units. Not sure of the quality of these units. Aimed properly you shouldn't have folks flashing you.

Some HID conversions give you only low beam and no high beam not even a hologen one. I want to be able to have High and low beams. Lows Hid and Highs Halogen. There are also Bixenon kits. for hi/lo HID.

Smitty,not sure if I agree with you on the staying home comment. Our headlights are crap. I drive an Audi with xenon HIDs. They are outstanding at lighting up the road. My high beams just fill in the blanks. I want to be able to come close to having the same quality of light from my truck without having to do extensive mods. The technology is there but not readily available.

I'd like to see these projectors first hand before I pop for $300 plus a HID conversion
