For your first question you would need to go with a three inch body lift to fit the 33's. You can find the kits all over, that is not the expensive part (only about $100) its the install that is expensive ( a couple hundred if done by yourself). I find it better to put an actual lift kit on your truck rather then doing a body lift because a lot of the time you will spend about the same amount of money. Automotive Customizers out of florida have a descent 3" lift that only include swapping out the upper arms for about $300. I have also had a rough time finding things for my 2000 nissan frontier. There is not much out there but if you have some money and depending what you want to do to your rig; check out Total Chaos Fabrication I have their kit on my rig and it is amazing! Well take care and good luck! If you have any questions email me at inlovewithjc98@hotmail.com

The Desert runner was never made as a 4X4 its call a Desert runner because it sits on a 4x4 frame its basicly a 4x4 with no drive train.
