I have an 02 S/C crew cab with a long bed as well...I too have been looking for lift kits all over the net...there are only two companies that are offering kits for years 01-04.  They are Calmini and Rancho...the Rancho kit runs around 750.00 and the Calmini is around $929.00 on their won site...In my opinion you are better of with the Calmini kit because their kit comes with four new shocks and the upper ball joints that you will need. The Rancho kit does not.....you are also better off doing a suspension lift instead of a body lift...
