Can anyone tell me where the neutral position switch is located and what does it look like on 2001 Frontier?

..

I have no idea where. Our 04 Sentra had a problem and there is a small access port on the top of the shift console between the shifter and the dash. We stick a screw driver in it and can start the car.

Have a good one while you can still laugh about it.. Don S..

IF you are asking about a 4wd vehicle???????????????? it is one of two switches on the transfer case - the most toward the fr of the transfer. Again, IF  you are asking about a 4wd?? A little info really helps as I don't always have my magic wand readily available.

Lol - if magic wands were available I'd love to get one. Anyways this is 2wd, there are two switches I think is the one closer to the rear of the tranny. I've tried local shops and noone seems to lihe to talk about it since they aren't doing the work. Looks like I am going to the dealer on this one.

Thanks anyways.
