Ok I just purchased a new crew cab 4x4 se and I have had it in the shop 5 times now for the same issues. I wanted to see if others are having teh same problems.

Ok first issue is my ac..after accelerartion the and sounds like it releases pressure everytime. It almost like a whisling sound. I have been told its the expansion valve but they are not sure if that will correct the issue so the dealership will not fix it.

Two... When driving at speeds between 20-30 mphs I here a thumping noise it sounds like a bad shock but that has been ruled out. The tech said it sounded like its from the transfer case but he is not sure and the dealership just keeps leaving it at that.

Are any of these issues happing to your vehicles? Please help
