I own a 2002 Frontier 4x4 - 5 speed.  When I was washing my truck last week I noticed that my rear end/bed was sagging slightly on the right hand side.  I gave my best non-mechanic assessment and it really didn't seem that I had a broken spring or strut.  The only other thing that I've noticed over that same amount of time is that when I start out in first or second gear, that same right side makes a brief rattle sound from under the wheel well/muffler area.

I don't notice any other problems while driving and I haven't had my truck in any tough off road situations.  So, if anyone out there has any insight I would sure appreciate it!
