So I helped my buddy pick up a piano this past weekend. Ended up having to drive with it for about 145 miles on the autobhan and about 20 through country roads. Had A/C going on and off during the ride. When I got back, I noticed a chirping noise coming from the passenger side of the engine. I have no idea what it is and never heard it prior to this trip. This noise can be heard if the truck is moving and if it is idling. If someone could provide me some direction I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

If your "chirp" turns into a very loud and embarassing squeal you've probably got the same problem I have ...... a bad tensioner pulley.  I've had to take mine in twice and it's time to take it back again sometime next week.  They just don't seem to be able to fix mine so far.  I hope you don't have the same situation.  Best of luck to you.
