I didn't find info on this recall at the Nissan website. Only the fuel cap thing. I also googled it and didn't find anything. It must be very new. What does the letter state? Is there a fix? At any rate, that is good to hear. It has driving me crazy. |

It's a whole lock assembly replacement. I had some good fun with it. I picked up my truck after it was fixed and drove off to one of my accounts (I am in food sales) left my stuff in the cab and locked the doors (I didn't buy the power package). When I came out to my truck to get in it I couldn't unlock either door. The technician forgot to check the locks from the outside. I ended up calling my neighbor who is the general manager for all the service departments at a local dealership who called the service manager of that store and they had someone out to me in 20 minutes. They had to slim jim into my truck to open it. Then I had to drive it back to the dealership to have them fix it. The tech didn't hook up the locks correctly. I ended up with a free oil change.
