A few weeks ago I was pulling scrap out of a pasture
and when i put it in 4WD i heard a clicking sound. i
put it back in 2WD and checked all the gears and
everything was fine so we kept going. Last week I had
to replace the rotors and a caliper. I had a friend
repack the bearings and take it apart and put it back
together because i didn't know too much about it. We
took it for a test drive and after a few miles we
heard a clicking sound from the front passenger area.
It sounded just like a ratchet. We put it in 4WD and
there was still the sound, put it in 2WD and its still
there so i bring it back and redo it but this time by
myself. I take it apart and put it back and now in 2WD
it doesn't click I drove it for about an hour and
everything was fine. However as soon as it goes in 4WD
that sound is back. When I was putting it back
together i noticed it had a couple pieces that
ProDemand didn't have. After watching videos on how to
do it nobody else had these pieces either.

Good luck.. Don S..
