Hello,

I just purchased a 2002 Nissan Frontier XE King Cab 2.2L 4-Cyl, 62k miles.

Does this motor have a Timing Chain or Timing Belt?

I know it should be due for  timing belt change at 62k miles.

I have been looking on the internet but haven't been able to find an answer to this question.

Anything else I should change out? Eveything works great on the truck as it is.

I am planning to change the oil with Mobil 1 oil.. What weight does everyone recommend? (I'm in Phoenix, AZ = Hot)

not making a smartarse comment or response..just helpful advice..off the top of my head i don't remember what it said..but i know that 10W30 or 5W30 in the manual, and as far as your other questions i would refer you to the manual for those too, which you'll find conveniently linked in PDF format in the top of this very section of the forums as a sticky i believe and i think it will answer your questions i believe or hope and if not someone here will be able to..welcome to the forum and enjoy your fronty and as kcidmil said in another thread someplace, be good to your fronty and she'll be good to you...more or less i think
