Saw this on you tube and it was very helpful for me as I needed to change them. And thought I would pass this on.

Great video, just a few things to mention:this will not
apply to '05 and newer Frontiers, hopefully he cleaned and
repacked the inner bearing(and did not use moly grease-OK
for Ford), proper torque with the use of the correct tool
is very important on the retainer nut, hopefully there is a
jack stand placed along the frame and not just a jack in
use! PS: it is easier to remove the caliper first and clean
the rotor after installed. Just my $.02

I just hit 100k on my '08 Frontier and I have yet to do brakes.
I have done LOTS of highway miles and I have looked at my pads and they are still in good shape....believe it or not.

However,I will be doing them sometime soon.
Any one do theirs on an '08? What did you replace? Rotors and pads?

Thanks in advance

It is best to reface or replace the rotors with pad
replacement.

Lucky you, I replaced my original pads at 37000 miles because they
made so much noise when backing up. Found out the factory did not
install both springs on either side. The new ceramic pads would leave
so much dust and would be worn out at 20000 miles 12 months. This
last time at 80000 miles I replaced the rotors and the pads are holding
up alot better and very little dust. I do drive it like it is my police car, but
replace the rotors when you do a brake job it will make a difference.   It
only took me three sets of pads to figure that out, good thing it only
takes me 30 minutes to replace them.
