I am trying to get the ABS trouble code for my 1998 Frontier.
My Haynes manual says to ground terminal 3 of the check connector.
I need help identifying the check connector because the photo in the manual is not clear.

Also does terminal 3 ground to the frame or is it jumpered to terminal 1?

I am guessing it is the plug to the right of the data connector or the plug above it.

,,

Welcome to the group.

Sorry but we have a rule about wide posts. Posting Photos Horizontally causes it to be necessary for many to have to scan horizontally to see the pictures. And also to read the text in the post and on all the following posts on the thread it is necessary to scan horizontally. Large pictures cause those on dial-up much time to load. 640 pixels wide by 480 is a nice size. 800 x 800 pixels is MAX.

I tried to Fix the problem But may have cover some information. If so you may re-post

Have a good one while you can still laugh about it.. Don S..

#3 from the terminal end is grounded. It should be a 6 pin
white connector, it may be taped to a main harness.

Thanks.

I found the connector.
For future reference it was located behind the fuse cover, taped to the harness, and it was blue.

Now on to researching Actuator isolation valve solenoid blocked.
