My 2000 Se Crewcab has a problem that comes and goes, while driving the speedometer ,tach, temp and gas gauge all stop working. All go to zero .Hasn`t caused any problems yet but is very annoying. Took it to dealer and they found no problem, intermitent problem. Does anyone else have this problem and how can I fix it. Any advice would be welcome.

Check all your connections.... other than that I'm not quite sure.  I remember driving a 02 Ford F-350 that would do the same thing, but for only a few seconds.  Everything would drop down, then come back after 10 seconds or so.

don't know if this will help, especially if the dealer claims to have found no problems, but on my parents dodge caravan, they had an issue where the gauges would do the same thing, all of them would crap out but then return i believe, not sure..but the deal told my parents it was something called a body control module...not sure exactly what that entails. and don't know if it would even relate to the fronty.
