This is from Motor All-data:
Detecting condition: Inactive communication between NATS
ant amp and BCM. Ignition key is malfunctioning.
Possible cause: harness or connectors(the NATS ant amp
circuit is open or shorted), ignition key, NATS ant amp.,
or BCM.
Do you have any accessories on the truck that might
interfere? Is the key an original Nissan key?

You could have another key cut, just make sure all the keys
are programmed at the same time.

I had very similar problems that you've be saying that your having with your truck NorthrnManitoba (regarding your other posts with starting issues). It would only act up every once in a while to where it would take 5 or 6 cranks to start. I took it in to my local dealership and they pulled up that same NATS code. They said that they reprogram the key under warranty and that this isn't a uncommon problem for our trucks. I'll pick up the truck this afternoon - hopefully I won't encounter this problem again.

I'm sorry i was mistaken from earlier.... I picked up the truck and looked at the invoice. It said it was a P1645 code : difference of key. They reprogrammed the key, rechecked and after several times key lost memory again. The replaced and programmed the key.

I bought the truck used last spring and it came with only 1 key (aftermarket). The dealer replaced it with a genuine Nissan Key.
