Hello to all!!! My 05 Frontier LE has a problem with the
AC. No. 2 won't blow any air! 1, 3, and 4 work fine but
when on 2 no air comes out! Mechanic wants around $300 to
fix (says whole AC panel needs to be changed!). What to do?

Sounds to me like you need a blower resister, around $55
and you can replace it yourself. It is located near the
blower motor. Do a search, it seems like someone has done a
detailed writeup on it.

I have the same problem! I thought... Wow, that's a bit quirky. Apparently not. I'm going to try that blower resistor. I love forums for this very reason.
