I own a 2001 Nissan Frontier 6 cyl 4wd. It has started jerking and bucking while driving. It loses 500 rpms at a time and it comes back up, up and down while jerking. It lopes on idle and at about 1400 rpms as well. I changed the rotor, dist cap, spark plugs and wires and still have the problem. Knock sensor code has set in computer. I am thinking the fuel pump. What do you think? What should i do/check?

It does not sound like a fuel pump to me! You changed the obvious, did you
use oem or aftermarket?
You can make sure your mass airflow sensor is clean, also check for vacuum
leaks! A scan tool could tell you a lot right now!
