I sent an e-mail to my local Nissan dealership about the recall asking about the recall. The answer I got back was that I should be notified by Nissan in December.
Also I was told that there is a such a backlog on parts for this it could be months before I get parts. They told me as soon as I get the notice to ring them and they will see the availability of parts for my truck.
I replied and asked them what happens if my truck goes dead and I am without a truck for ages, will they cover the car rental???
I await an answer back, I dunno if it is just this dealership but is Nissan really that bad???
