I have a 5 speed, V6 Crew Cab.    The idle drops down real low when I push in the clutch, then "comes back" to normal.   It feels acts like it wants to stall now and then when it does this.

I changed the fuel filter 2 days ago when it started doing this - didn't help.

Any suggestions?  I'm preparing to replace the drivers side Cat converter; could this part being bad cause this issue?

Thanks.

Checking and/or adjusting the TPS is quite an involved process. Try cleaning the throttle blade and MAFS, be sure you are using a Genuine Nissan oil impregnated air filter.

Where is the throttle blade?  Is the MAFS connected to the hose directly after the air filter, up top?

In all honesty, if you don't know, your vehicle needs professional help.

Again,it is about a 14 step process to install, adjust, perform idle memory, etc. Best done at a competent dealer.
