I just bought a 2005 Nissan Frontier 4X4 LE. During a hard brake or when brake pressure is almost fully applied when coming to a stop, I get this loud clicking noise coming from the left rear brake. The click varies with vehicle speed and again only happens when the brake pressure is almost fully applied.Has anyone else had this issue before?

Check the pads and anti rattle springs for proper fit. Also look at the rotors for rust intrusion.

Frontierguy. I have Disk Brakes on the back. Are you talking about the clips that wrap around over the top and bottom of the pad?

Yes. From 05 and up, all Frontiers have rear disc brakes.
