The head lights (low & high beams) on the drivers side as well as the fog light will not come on. Right side lights are fine. I've checked all fuses inside under steering wheel and fuses in box under the hood on the right side.

They apparently have lost power (or ground) but I have no idea where to look and of course space is so limited  for placing my hands any where in there.

Any suggestions?

Try operating the dimmer switch back and forth to see if they come on. Most likely will need the headlite switch.

Dimmer didn't make any difference. I figure it may be a relay or switch needing to be replaced. Thanks for the suggestion. Right side is operating great so at least I have a little bit of headlights until I can get it repaired.
