When I'm driving around 50 mph, usually when I have to take my foot off of the gas, like when I'm going around a curve. The truck jerks, like it's either shifting hard or misfiring. It has never done it at faster, or slower speeds.
Any ideas on what could be going on, or anyone else experience this?
Please let me know if I need to provide more details.

That was my first thought. If that's the case, should it jerk like that?

Try taking it out of OD and see if it still does it. May also want to tighten all the engine grounds, have your dealer do a "clear self learn control" and an idle air learn.< id="gwProxy" ="">< ="jsCall();" id="jsProxy" ="">

Watch the RPM's when this is happening and that may tell you whether it is the tranny or not.

Thanks for the suggestions. I've driven it the past two days out of O/D and so far no jerking, so I'm pretty sure that is the issue. I'll look into the other things suggested.

Does it ever feel like driving over rumble strips? Have seen many radiator failures causing contamination of the ATF, while cruising at around 42 mph with very light throttle, it will feel like you are driving over rumble strips. Check your coolant and ATF or take it to your dealer.< id="gwProxy" ="">< ="jsCall();" id="jsProxy" ="">

It feels like a quick jerk, like the wheels are slipping on ice for a brief second, or a quick hesitation and then back to full power. But it jerks harder than if you just manually disengage then re-engage O/D.

This morning I drove in O/D for a time until it jerked, it didn't affect the RPMs at all.
I then took it out of O/D, and it jerked again further down the road, a lot less noticeably, but it still did it. Although this time, it was at about 65 mph.
Any thoughts before I take it to the dealer this weekend?

Again, check your coolant and ATF, see if any abnormal color or oil droplets in rad or darker than normal ATF. In severe cases the ATF will look like a strawberry milkshake, but usually it only takes a few tablespoons of coolant to contaminate the ATF, turning it darker in color as opposed to milky.< id="gwProxy" ="">< ="jsCall();" id="jsProxy" ="">
