hey guys i hope i am doing this right. i just picked up a 2000 frontier 4x4 that needs a transmission just wondering if anybody knows if a 5 speed from a 96 pathfinder would fit assuming that it has the same engine(3.3l v6) any input would be greatly apprieciated. im a virgin to the import world lol. thanks alot.

Check w/ your local salvage yard, they should have an interchange to see what will fit or not. Not rebuildable ?? < id="gwProxy" ="">< ="jsCall();" id="jsProxy" ="">

Check the tranny if its the same it should work just look up the tranny

I had a 94 pathfinder with a 3.0 VG engine.
Starting in 1995, they used a 3.5 VQ engine, my guess is that it will not work.
My nephew has a 2002 Xtrerra that has a VG 3.3 engine.
