Replaced clutch everything works fine started up a bunch of times. Shortly after would not start no click or anything. Got it to start again a few days later same thing again.Could it be the neutral safety switch?

I was under the impression that the neutral safety switch either works or does not work, and does not give you intermittant problems.
Can you check the voltage at the switch?

Try tapping on the starter while someone holds the ignition in the start position.
Also, may have a clutch interlock relay going bad. Was the starter removed for the clutch job or just set aside. If removed, double check the connections, most important the ground.

Glad to hear that, nothing like the joy of a problem being fixed
