I am having rattling issues on the front of my frontier since replacing the front pads a few weeks ago. Rattly happens on rough roads. I made sure the torque member sliding pins moved freely before re installing. The only difference is the grease I used and possibly the quantity. I used axle grease and the pins slide in and out but with some effort due to a vacuum and pressure effect from the grease sealing. Any one have experience with this and what I could do to stop the rattle?
Thanks
Guy

Did you put the pin with the rubber bushing in the top hole? Should use a silicone based grease such as Silglyde or similar. Are they the correct pads with all the shims etc.
