I really don’t want to talk bad about a truck that I have had only for a few months but here it is.  I have been having the following problems w/ my 2005 Crew Cab 2 wheel Drive LE Frontier & 3500 miles. *BREAKS, for the past month my breaks have been squeaking when ever I slow down off & on.  I usually notice this problem when I go drive thru to a restaurant.  *SEAT BELT, my passenger rear mid seat belt does not pull out all the way.  I went on vacation & had five people in my truck & that’s how I found out it was defective.  I went to the dealer & they said they will replace it.  SEAT, Just like another post I am having the same problem w/ my passenger seat its fuzzy.  DOOR MOLDING, the top rear passenger molding looks like its coming off.  I do not go off roading or do any aggressive driving at all.  I am curious & wonder if I got a bad lemon?

well the seats are the only thing I say aren't beyond normal wear and tear.  Brakes tend to squeek when brake dust builds up.  The seat belt is coverd for life of the vehicle no matter who owns it.  Door moulding... slap that sucker back in there.  New vehicles aren't immune to bad spots... especially true of 1st year models like yours.

When I got my truck, I managed the following within the first 4000 miles.

Tripped the 02 sensor
Burnt a coil wire, causing the truck not to work
Had this damn popping noise which they still didn't fix

Here is another problem I found w/ my Frontier.  WINDOW, back passenger window was getting stuck when I tryied to roll it down.  I would need to make several attemps before it would actually work.  Is anyone having this many problems w/ their 05 Frontier?

dont worry bro i am also having many many problems with my 2005 frontier, after the second month i had the truck my brakes also started squeaking and my alignment was off, and when i purchaned the truck whoever cleaned it scratched my headunit face, so when i took it in to be fixed they told me that my brakes hadnt been deglazed and that my alignment wasnt off that it was just me. so i took it in again 2 months later because my brakes started squaking again and they found out that my pads had started to detearareate and had messed up my rotors and callipers, and when they changed my headunit the stupid guys scratched up my console. so i got pissed and called the gm, so he looked at the truck and decided they were gonna fix everything and this was gonna be the last time. so he put me in a titan which was awsome i might ad and they started fixing away. well i have had my truck for 5 months now and this friday the 28th the nissan reginal manager has to come out to give the word on wether the truck is a lemon or not because all of the problems have arose again so ill keep you guys posted with the details

BRAKE ISSUE

the brakes are probably sqeaking because when it comes to foreign cars/truck you really need to be picky when getting pads.  sometimes the pads and shoes you get don't mesh well with the rotors and drums.  so they squeal a lot.  i had the same problem for a while so i went out and spent a sh*t-ton on money on pads, and they work mint!!

HERE IS AN UPDATE TO MY TRUCK!

I had to take my truck in for the same thing on three different occasions. First; the breaks were squeaking they said they took care of it. After a short time the breaks started squeaking again. I took it a second time & they said they replaced the pads. Second; window molding was coming off of passenger door. The first time I took it in they said they fixed it. After close inspection the molding looked the same. I had to take the truck in for this problem. Third; the passenger window will get stuck. After several attempts the window will work but not normal. Of course I took it in for this also. (waiting to hear back from the dealer on the replacement part.) Other problems I have had are the middle passenger seat belt would not work & yes they fixed it. My passenger seat was "fuzzy" & the dealer had to order a new seat cover. There was a recall notice for the wire harness for towing & they said they replaced it. WOW that sure is a lot of bad things & I have less then 5000 miles on my truck.

All this is really inconvenient especially with my work schedule. Now that I have mentioned all this I am starting to wonder if I purchased a "LEMON"!

*cough cough*  I'm afraid you purchased a truck that was built on a Friday

Not all vehicles come out perfect, though if this continues, I would start talking to the regional office about them buying it back as a lemon, and getting a new one.
