........Common. First problem: I have an 07 LE w/ a sunroof, every little vibration makes an annoyying vibration that I've narrowed down to a headliner over the passenger side. Any one else experience this?

2nd, depending on where I get fuel, I iget from as high as 26mpg, down to 12 mpg. All 87 Octane, running a Volant cold air filter w/ ram air. Would I be better off swittching back to factory intake?

For your Fuel milage i've noticed that it varies on where you fill up.  The discount or cheaper station's fuel doesn't burn as good as shell or other major gas stations.  For instance i live in Delaware and if i fill up at wawa which has cheaper gas i usually get 2 to 3 mpg less then i do filling up at shell. Wawa fuel i average 17-18 and with shell i average 20-23.  No problems with the headliner in my 08 KC.

On my 08, the owners man states that hi-test is suggested for best performance. Been running Sunoco 91 octane, 20-23 mpg depending on type of driving.

I know the hi-test/regular debate has gone forever.  But...our engine is designed to utilize higher octane.  Use of lower octane will:

1.  Cause timing to retard.

2. Cause more exhaust gas recirculation.  More of this and manifolds can crud up over time.

With a variable valve timing engine, higher octane fuels will allow you to make use of all of this to the max.  Now, whether you see more mileage may have more to do with tire pressure and driving style, outside temps, etc.  But use of higher octane can set you up for more power and the potential for higher mileage.

I make sure I always go to major brand gas stations such as Shell, Chevron, Texaco, ect.  You will notice a difference in gas mileage and in some instances you can literally feel your engine running differently.  Been doing this for years.  No issues with headliner rattling with my '08 yet.

I totally agree with Cal_schmidt.  Use a major brand.  I find BP runs well in mine as does Shell V-Power.   Also, use a good brand of oil and change according to the owners manual when under warrany.  I use Mobil 1 5W-30 and the Nissan filter.  Also use Mobil 1 diff oil in the rear diff.  All of this can help maximize mpg and lower wear.  Also s]change filter each oil change and use a quality filter...Nissan, Wix, Napa Gold come to mind.

12 to 26 mpg, thats a big jump! I would definately tell you (like the other guys) to stay away from discount gas. I have a Spectre CAI and aftermarket exhaust, with name brand gas, I get 26 to 28 mostly hwy but some city too.

To save gas, I also use:
Bosch Platinum spark plugs
Royal Purple 5w-30 with a mobil1 filter
Royal Purple Gear oil in the Trans and rear end
Tires inflated to near max PSI
Fuel injector cleaner every 5 or 10k miles
Name Brand Gas

When my truck was still stock, before I changed all that stuff I would get 21-24 mpg

About the vibration...
I once had a noise that was driving me crazy coming from the font of my truck in the cab, sounded like it was in the glove box or the front dash. I ruled out the headliner because I don't have a sunroof. I could not pinpoint the noise, I was just about to remove the glovebox and the front dash when I realized that the sun visor had not been snapped back into its little notch thing.  So, I don't mean to make you sound stupid or anything, but check that out before you start tearing things apart.
