Ok I did a little research and it's suggesting that it's your valve Tappets.  There was a recommendation to adjust valves.  But I don't believe you need to.  It's hard to say as I couldn't get a good breakdown of that Valve Train group.

But I can say that some Valve lifters use oil pressure as a cushion and to keep in close tolerances with the camshaft.  It's common for these when cold to take while to fill back up with oil.  Creating a gap and when the camshaft comes around to open it slaps the lifter.  Making a clicking or tapping noise.

Wether or not this is the case with yours I can't for sure as I couldn't find a Theory of Operation regarding the valvetrain.

The valve clearance is set by using different thickness shims, not hydraulic lifters, although the shim is in the shape of a lifter - it's just hollow. There is a bullitin on whine/buzzing noise from the timing chain area.
