danny here have you checked the ball joints when you changed the angle of the truck checked your busing around the front end tie rod ends mybe And your aaliment adjusters could be streched. Always check the simple stuff first 1. ball joints 2 tie rod ends 3 Check your service book were plastic bushings could be. BTW Check both sides of the front end a worn part on one side could be wereing the other side out

danny here. To the factory hight the shop u took it to should know that I do not know. To the ball joints check all lug are tight first jack one side of the truck up use a jack stand put one hand on the top of the tire and the other on the bottom of the tire see if it moves at an angle look to see if the top or bottom of the tire moves anything a 1/8 of an inch of more is not good.Wheel bearing check place on hand on the front of the tread and the other on the back of the tread of the tire push in and out anthing more than a 1/8 an inch or more is bad. To the bushing check the control arm and arms. Next check if one of your CV joints boots are cracked. Tie rod ends does look and if they are bent or bending when checking your ball joint I know its tight to look have a friend there for a second pair of eyes

Danny here if grease is coming out that could mean water sand and road debire can come in. Did the shop notice that if not I would not go back to that place again. But still do the tests for wheel bearings and ball joints

The key is with stock t bars is to crank them a little bit more than you want so when they do settle they will settle where you want them.

NO they key to Torsion Bars is to keep them stock cause you overstreched and than you have to keep them cranked but in your case I do not know your problem is unlee 2 cranks on the bars was too much there a lot tension on those bars
