As the subject states my ABS and SLIP lights came on one day out of no where.  I have off roaded my truck several times (nothing major) and didn't know if that caused a problem or not.  I have a NISMO with 23,000 miles on it and after searching this issue I found two guys that had similar issues but their problems turned out to be way worse than mine. (I was fortunate luckly) 

I noticed one day when I went to put my truck into 4WD, it didn't work due to the ABS and SLIP lights being on.  I decided to take my truck to the stealer/dealer and pay the 100 to have them diagnose the problem.  Turned out it was the Passenger front side VSS (Vehicle speed sensor).  The wanted $350 bucks to replace it!!!! I bought the part for $59.00, installed myself in 1 hour, reset the ecu by leaving the battery unplugged for 2 hrs and the problem was solved!!!  Figured I'd post this just in case anyone was having similar problems they may wanna start here.
