OK This works...

Turn ignition to run and wait for light to begin flashing..

Immediately turn ignition off..

Wait 7 seconds..

Do this 3 times total..

At the 4th try turn to run and wait for airbag light to flash slowly..

Start truck and let run 1 - 2 minutes..

Turn ignition off..

The next time you start truck the light should shut off after initial warning light check..

Sorry to hear it didn't work..  I got these instructions from Nissan service and used it on my friends 08 to turn off his light and worked fine.. The  7 sec time is pretty critical I was told... I tried it then had a friend call out the 7 secs on a watch to get it to work.. There are other posts with the same info here if ya do a search.. Make sure the plugs are all in and tight too.. If loose will not reset.. I have the service manual on disk and there is a way to access what is wrong with key combos if all else fails..
