I had posted my problem in an earlier message and it was quite lengthly. Here is a shorter version.
Recently changed my timing chains and heads on my 1998 2.4 Nissan Frontier as it bent all the valves in the thing. The timing is on at 20 BTDC and the thing will not accelerate.
Sits in neutral and purrs...floor it (I mean to the floor board) and she won't even run past 2-3 K rpms. Just sits there and pops pack into the intake and throws a code of P0300.
One time I did cover the small hole in the top of throttle body that leads to the MAF sensor and for 5 seconds it sounded like a race car...varoom, varoom. I said "Yeah, buddy!" and then it was gone and doing just what it always has since I put her back together. Running so bad I couldn't drive it in a 25MPH zoned street.
Thanks for your help.
