If you try to reset it manually by disconnecting the battery, be ready for a wait. It'll take around 3-4 hours for the back up battery inside the ECU to lose it's charge.
If the ECU is showing a fault of the 02 sensor, having it replaced and the code cleared using a scan tool will take care of it. But ready to pay a pretty penny. Nissan dealers usually charge $65 or so just to hook up the scan tool. And more for them to actually do something about it.
The reason it's so much just to hook up is they're trying to cover their cost of buying it (avg of $2000 if not more for the better scanners) and update costs for the software as each new model year comes out.
