I recently installed an aftermarket cd player in my 2004 Crew Cab Frontier and now the turning signals do not work. The emergency flashers work just fine. The stereo used the same hook ups so I know that I'm not missing any connections. Does anyone know why this is? I saw that others have had this same problem on other forums but no responses. Thank you.

Its weird that the hazards work and not the blinkers. I assume you disconnected the hazard switch to remove and install the radio. If its disconnected the blinkers won't work. Check the connection on the hazard switch, make sure its tight.

The deck might be grounding out.  So you may want to insulate your wires better.  And make sure no wires are touching any metal.

on the wire harness for a 2000 nissan frontier the factory plug has no ground you have to round it your self for a aftermarket cd player correct?
