I just had to have the rear jump seat replaced in my 05 Frontier.  It's the one behind the passenger seat that has the extra legs on it for baby carriers.  It wouldn't stay in the up position.  Every bump or stop sign it would fall down and annoy the hell out of me.  Nissan couldn't fix it so they are replacing it.  I haven't had any other problems except a loose hood that was rattling like crazy but that was fixed that day.

I keep having a problem of looking out my mirrors... plus my rear sliding window rattles like crazy.  Anyone have any idea what's going on

J/k, I did have the hood problem before... they little stops slowly rattle in allowing the hood to shake more.

I had the same problem with my rear jump seat, but I just removed the peice that swings out (I have no babies, thus no need for a car seat) and the removal of that added weight fixed the problem!  It also gave me more usable space behind the passenger seat.  I'd like to remove both jump seats completely and gain even more room, but don't want the ugly holes left in the trim once the seats are gone.  Someone needs to design a replace part that would replace the jump seats with a nice flat usable shelve and a panel that would finish off the back of the cab!

Good idea...I was thinking of doing this too for subwoofer room. The seats are useless for an adult anyways.

I was thinking to leave the backrests and build a bench seat/subwoofer.That box could be hinged with a lid(instead of speakers) for a storage area/seat.

I think I am going to remove mine too.  It's not going to be long before the seat starts falling again.
