Has anyone added guages to there 4.0 engines?  Are the OEM gauges accurate?

I put mechanical gauges on my 94 ranger to verify oem gauges and the oil pressure was way off, I had good pressure but the gauge never really moved

from 50 psi to 20 psi.  I was just wondering what would be needed to put  them in line with the OEM gauge sender ports. ( I like numbers not C to H for temp)

these engines don't like being cooked with all that aluminum.   Thanks
