Here we go again.  I hear a squeaky noise coming from my passanger side everytime I hit a bump on the road.  I've been hearing that for about a month or two.  A couple days ago, I hear it again, so I stop at a parking lot to check it out.  I pop my hood, and see nothing wrong.  The next time I start driving, I don't hear it anymore.  I hit a bump, and I don't hear any squeaky sound.  What gives???  I have about 63,000 miles on my 2002 Nissan Frontier XE edition.  I don't know if that makes any difference.  Any ideas on how to fix it or where to look???  Thanks.

..

DaHotFlip86;

... You might try lubricating all moving parts on the hood... hinges and latching system... You might need to re-adjust the front corners of the hood.

Have a good New Year while you can still laugh about it.. Don S..

Why is it that the politicians in D.C. are the only ones that don’t know there are better things to make Ethanol out of than corn?… Answer… They know! They know! Guess why they don’t correct the problem.

I had the same issue with my 06 LE Crew Cab.  Dealership said the squeak was from the hood.  Adjusted and it went away for a while but returned.  Every month or so I clean the rubber pads on that support the front of the hood and that seems to clear it up for a while.  I have about 27k on mine.

Now. here's another problem.  I am having trouble trying to maintain the vibration of both my steering wheel and my 02 Frontier XE.  It has about 64 K on it.  I went a couple of days ago to get a tire balance and tire rotation hoping that would solve the problem.  I went driving the next day, and I would feel a vibration from my rear tires and under my truck.  I also still feel the vibration on my steering wheel.  I still feel it to this day.  I feel like my truck is about to fall apart, and I feel that it is unsafe to drive.  I have no idea what the problem is.....any ideas would be much appreciated....thanks 4 the help....
