If any one can help it will be very much appreciated.

I was driving home the other day it started to rain so I turned on my headlights. Cruise shuts off and the Cruise SET light starts flashing.Cruise will not engage.. Turn off lights and it stops and cruise will engage and work..

This morning left early little foggy.. Before I turn on cruise I turn on lights then SET starts flashing again.. Then stops for a short period and starts again.. Cruise will not work while lights are on.. Is this some sort of safety settinthat got engaged by accident or is it a short somewhere.

This is the first time this has happened to me.. Any Ideas?

there is a switch on the brake pedal that may have become out of adjustment that could be causing your problem. i would suggest the mechanic recheck his work and see Nissan frontier parts if there is a loose connection or an unplugged wiring loom.
