I need to have a trailer hitch installed.  Any recommendations?  I'm partial to having the deal do it to avoid any warranty questions down the road.  But I've also heard U-Haul does a decent job.

Uhaul or a dealership will rip you off installing a tow hitch.  I recently just installed a class III hitch on my new 08 Frontier.  I looked online and did some research and purchased a Curt Hitch(great quality hitch) from JC Whitney for $125 with the free shipping they have.  I installed it in 20 minutes with a friend to help hold up the hitch and tighten the 6 nuts to 65lbs into the frame.  They really are not hard to install.

The only thing some may find difficult is if you want to install the 7 prong wiring for electric brakes on a trailer.  I frabricated a bracket by myself and painted it black and it looks just like a factory install.  With the hitch and wiring(which I bought from the dealer for $65) the total came to $190.  The dealer quoted me $430 to have them install the nissan one.  For the savings of $240 it was WELL worth it

While poking around on the internet you can buy the nissan receiver hitch with the bracket already mounted

Thanks man.  It's the electrical that makes me consider the dealership.  Appreciate the advice.
