when it rains,the voltage(alt)guage responds by going to the higher limit.stops

raining and goes to normal.in the middle.always happens.also after a first start in

the morning,slight increase for awhile.any thoughts?

that is a little werid but check the altanator wires are tight and firm connecion.Heck checked make sure your battery cables are good and clean on the battery heck get the battery checked out
