Just woke up today to CNN; Steve Irwin died yesterday to a freak stingray accident; he was a great entertainer and conservationist -- despite some of the antics he pulled on his show he will be missed.

yeah he will be missed. I went to his Zoo back in 1994 up in Queensland, and was lucky enough to get a photo with him (I was quite young then). I've always watched his tv series too as I found them quite interesting!

Some more bad news...Peter Brock (Former Australian Touring Car driver) was killed in a Targa rally event on Friday.
