I just installed my supercrew box for the 06 frontier.  It is well worth the money I paid for it.  It fits perfect and the seats let down all the way.  I installed one of my old L5 kicker 8" speakers and bought a new rf 200.2 amp to push it.  My truck rocks hard now.  I have been playing around with the alpine head unit to turn the bass down.  It hits so hard that I will be turning the amp gain down to about 1/2.  The kicker is a 2ohm dual voice coil so I wired them in series for a total of 4 ohm.  I can't believe how good this truck sounds with the alpine head unit, alpine 6x9, rf amp and kicker sub.  All for $500 and it sounds so much better than the factory rf unit priced at $850.
