Just purchased a 2011 Frontier Crew Cab 2WD Pro-4X. Leaving behind a
1996 Ford F-250 Crew Cab Short Bed 4x4 5-speed manual 7.3L Powerstroke
Diesel.

All I gotta say is, I hope I don't have to visit this board debugging issues with
this new truck like I was with that F-250. I'd rather visit here for mods and
upgrade how-tos.

The pro 4x is a good truck. I didnt know they had them in a 2wd thou.
That 4.0l in thoes are STRONG. Keep up with the maintenance you
will be just fine.

Yeah, I think the 2WD is more a "looks" package. It still has the Bilsteins, skid
plates and Rugged Trail tires, but it doesn't have the 4wd or the Dana 40 (?)
rear end.

Coming from that F250, though, who cares. It drives like a dream and I can
actually do some off road traveling (ranch roads, hunting trails, etc.) rather
than what that F250 could do.

that would make a perfict prerunner build. long travel suspension. and all that. thats what im wanting to do to my 04 frontier.

So what are some good sites for Frontier accessories/mods? Everything from
interior stuff to exterior.

www.4x4parts.com. and www.calmini.com. www.4wheelparts.com i would look into the first website. thats where i got all the stuff for my frontier at.
