I just bought a 2006 Frontier SE 4x4 Crewcab and I love it but I have noticed the passenger seat has a lot of vibration to the point that is cause something to rattle. Any ideas before I take it to the dealership?

You don't say under what circumstances this happens but I did notice on my brand new 06  that the passenger seat vibrates slightly on the hwy.  I wonder if its a tire balancing issue? I don't have enough miles on the truck yet to know for sure but will keep an eye out for this.

My 06 CC passenger seat rattled as well. I have about 5000 miles on it now, and the sound has gone away.

I know that's not much help to you but when it was happening I thought it was the seat vibrating and causing the seat belt to hit the interior of the cab.

The passanger seat shakes around town and on the highway. Sometimes the seat back actually causes the seat belt to hit the trim causing a rattle. I took my truck into the dealership today and I am waiting to hear what they find. I love the truck but I sure hope they can resolve the problem because it is enough to drive me crazzy.

 What you are hearing is the head rest of the pass seat rattling.  Have a o1  that i ran into the same issue and found out on a dyno what it was, the vibration comes in from your floor pan caused by the resonance of the drive train.
